Andy Uba’s Tribunal Inquest; a Futile Journey, an Exposition of his Lack of interest in Anambra’s Progress

In his usual desperate manner, Senator Andy Uba has gone to an election tribunal to challenge the declaration of Chukwuma Soludo as the Anambra state governor-elect. It is laughable because, he is urging the Tribunal to nullify the November 6 and 9 polls adjourned to be the most peaceful, free and fair governorship election ever conducted in Nigeria since the return of democracy in 1999. His tribunal quest has explained his disinterest in the progress of Anambra, proven his disloyalty to the legitimate will of his people who have urged him to concede defeat, and join hands to leapfrog Anambra to a Liveable and prosperous homeland.

President Buhari, the national leader of APC has on three (3) occasions congratulated Soludo a member of his economic advisory team, hailed the electoral commission and security agencies for doing a wonderful job in Anambra. Frankly, Andy Uba has embarked on a futile journey in his tribunal quest. I believe he may not have woken up from the defeat which he suffered from the newly introduced INEC Biometric Voters’ Accreditation System -BVAS. Somewhere in his dream, on the front page of national newspapers and on national televisions, he may still be celebrating the professional election riggers he bought with few hundreds of millions.

Andy Uba is in the election tribunal to have them explain on why he should still lost his ward even when he bought APGA ward chairmen days before the poll. Tribunal will also have to explain on why former Anambra speaker, former and serving legislators he bought also lost in their polling units and further explanation on why a deputy governor whom he bought few weeks to election failed to deliver his polling unit. Sen Andy wants to know why he lost Aguata local government to the All Progressives Grand Alliance -APGA.

It is his constitutional right to approach the Tribunal to declare his dissatisfaction, a dissatisfaction of total rejection in all the 21 local governments in the state. Senator Andy Uba’s latest move has exposed his lack of interest in the development of the state which dated back to 1999 till date, having been accused of of having his hands in many political crises and sabotaging electoral processes in the state. It is high time Senator Andy Uba did himself a favour and honorably bows out.

Bow out!! Bow out!! Bow out Andy!! The hammer of justice will land on your head soon!
