I most sincerely thank you Ndi APGA, Anambra Central Senatorial District and worthy Delegates.
It was a successful outing last Saturday as our great Party, the All Progressives Grand Alliance conducted her primaries for the senatorial district.
I am deeply honored to have been returned the senatorial candidate for APGA in Anambra Central Senatorial District. I thank all who have been a part of this great journey for their efforts so far.
Consequently, I respectfully encourage them in the onerous task ahead for we are just getting started. I appreciate all who laid the foundation for me to clinch the victory, indeed APGA won and it is for all Party faithfuls and followers.
I wish to specially thank the Party National Chairman and members of the NWC for such an organized and transparent system we witnessed. It is incomplete if I forget to thank our governor and leader, Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo, for his insight and guidance that birthed such credibility. I also thank all LGA executives and ward leadership for their support throughout the whole process, indeed, Nkea bu nke anyi!
Umunnem, my appreciation would be incomplete if I don’t celebrate my brothers and colleagues who joined in the contest, for their display of sportsmanship and goodwill for the Party. I wish to specially appreciate my very own Distinguished Senator Chief Sir Victor Umeh (Ohamadike Ndigbo, Ibobo Aguleri), he was really more than just an aspirant. And to Chief Uzuegbunem Okagbue (UZU), for his fight Ka Uzu tuo. Without all of you in the race, the contest won’t be interesting. We all won, and together we are marching toward the victory of our great Party for better Anambra State.
The primary election is over, it is time to come together as one strong and united family to strategize and reclaim our glory. It is imperative to remind us that one person will definitely fly the flag on behalf of all of us. Let us all now join hands to make APGA great. We cannot quit because we’re not the flag bearer. Be assured that working together for a common goal will definitely place APGA above other contestants from different political parties come 2023. Let’s unite our supporters, and put away our differences for a greater good. In the spirit of Onye aghana Nwanne ya, I invite all Ndi Anambra Central to put their grievances aside and come on board that we may reclaim our glory through victory at the polls.
The Party has trusted my agenda and intentions for the people, I must reiterate my commitment to the course. It is an issue based campaign that will have and improve impact on the people and the Party. It is a synergy between inclusiveness, humanity, interest and democracy. Together we shall bring home the greater victory for APGA and our dear state.
